Neighbors Helping Neighbors Program

The Neighbors Helping Neighbors program through WICAP allows you to make a donation on your water bill to those who may need help paying theirs.

If any patron would like to make a donation to a family in need on their water/sewer bill, please call City Hall @ 642-6024 or click here and here for more info.
